Two properties have potentially came available to me in an absolute blue chip suburb here in adelaide. Sales in the area are in the million plus dollar range. The are along side of each other with the potential of splitting the two into three blocks.
I am thinking of putting in an option to purchase these properties, as they have not yet been listed with any agents, so you could say we are the first people in line at this stage.
These properties will be worth $570k plus, on subdivision proberly similar priced. I dont want to stuff this up, how would you guns approach this? I have about 50k equity currently available.
Please help as time is running out, once these hit the market the big guys will be all over us!
