    Hi does any one know about these suburbs as they are on residex’s top 100 postcodes for Brisbane.

    These are the suburbs i can afford and have a capital growth of over 7.5% minimum in any year, in the last 3.
    EUMUNDI,COOLUM BEACH,BUDERIM,RUSSELL ISLAND,ALBANY CREEK,MALENY.
    I am trying to work out why they have had such strong capital growth and are predicted grow the same over the next 5 years?

    I am leaning towards COOLUM BEACH. But i am curious as why EUMUNDI is increasing so much!
    What is happening around this area?

    Hate to tell you but only Albany Creek is Brisbane and even that comes under the Pine Shire. All the other suburbs are on the Sunshine Coast except for Russell Island and well that’s in Moreton Bay. They are going to build a bridge across from the mainland one day but do not buy on the basis that happens in your lifetime.
