    Does anyone know where to start to sub-divide a property? As well as the cost of doing this.

    My house is on a double block and I hate gardening, so are thinking of selling up the extra land.

    The best place to start is give your council a call, speak to the person in the Dual Occupancy section and they will be able to give you the inforamation you need.
