    [:)]Hi Guys,

    Doing a little browsing on the net and liked the look of both Ashmore and Arundel in SE Qld. Have found 3 br homes both seperate and within fully managed complexes for under $250,000. All were less than 3 yrs old and were close to shops schools and transport.
    Does anyone have any experience with these areas. Both are approx 65 kms south of Brisbane and 10 to 15 mins from Surfers ……rents appear to be around the $220 to $250 p/w mark

    Hey Rick,
    This part of the world is running hot. Many people forecast great growth through the SE corridor. I guess it depends what you are after it certainly is not cash positive unless you Wrap.
