Looking for excellent tenants? WA

My friend and I live in Western Australia. We have been looking in the rental market for the last 4 weeks, we have searched through more than 50 properties and come up with only four possibles within that time. We are not overly fussy – our general requirements are: the property should be neat, clean and an accurate representation of the advertised property.

Unfortunately the rental market is overrun with bad property managers and all we have come up against is red tape and zero flexibility.

We are both excellent tenants and have rented together for the last 3 years. Our references are fantastic and we treat the properties we lease as we would our own.

We are looking for anybody in WA that is looking for excellent long term tenants to lease their property. We will consider all areas of Perth (Metro only). We are willing to pay up to $210 per week and we need 3 bedrooms or more. That is our main criteria.
