Development management services

Hi,

I am looking for contact details of companies which offer project management services for the development of land.

I know of http://www.metropole.com.au, but they are in VIC, I need to get someone who operates in Perth.

This management service has also been refered to as a “Developer fee free” process. In other words, the investor keeps the developers margin, the agents fees and marketing fees (giving you a 20-30% head start), but only pays for expertise of the project manager for his know how and tricks and secrets of property development.
