    Last week some overseas investors enquired about what to do with spare cash until they came back to OZ. Saw these 2 ads in Fin Review today – they mite help.
    1 – [www.opusaustralia.com] is property trust 10.16%pa paid mthly
    and
    2- 1800995077 Parker Simmons prudential fund 10%pa paid mthly in advance

    Fin Review is good source of commercial property for syndicates.

    Thanks Hilary, you’re a champ. That sounds pretty good actually. Property trust…they sound pretty secure too, hey? We’ll definitely look into it…thanks a lot, and all the best on your side of things..[:)]
