    hi all,

    I have been in search for under-valued houses for some time now and found a couple.

    But i decided to look for houses to buy thru Liquidators and insolvencies firms. They said that they don’t really deal with direct sales to the public, they use real estate agents and auctioneers.

    Does anyone out there know how we (the general public) can tap into those particular resources to buy great bargains?

    Locally, just ring the agents and ask if they handle mortgagee sales – if they don’t, they will soon tell you who does. Good luck!
