Has anyone in WA got a credit providers licence?

I have recieved the application form to gain a credit providers licence in WA. On closer inspection, there is a number of critera that must be fulfilled by the applicant before a licence will be granted.

Has anyone in WA already applied for and been granted a credit providers licence for the purpose of wrapping properties? If I were to apply for a licence I would want to do it through a company structure.
