Just thought I’d share the challenge of my next wrap. I have recently had a property renovated and it is due to finish in 2-3 weeks. Originally we were just going to sell for quick cash but decided to wrap it instead to maximise the profit. Here are the numbers
Bought – $73K
Reno – $30K
Legals,etc – $3KI put the for sale sign up today for $149K. $260.24 per week plus deposit. It will be interesting to see how it goes. The area it is in is booming so the rpice is not unreasonable but is at the top end of the price bracket.
