I was hoping to start a new wishlist…
* For us newbies a glossary of terms would be very helpful. I am quickly picking up terminology, however I notice alot of repetition from others asking about terms.
* A ‘live’ chat forum, hosted one night a week, for question and answers (if time permitted)
* A shared email page of voluntary participants for networking purposes
* A spell check for the ‘post new topic’ section [
]Is X-mas coming? I guess the stocking is already full [
]Others please add to this list, so I don’t look like a complete nong!

Perhaps, instead of being directed to the terms of use after every logon, members could tick a checkbox stating that they agree to the terms for the duration of their membership so as to avoid having to go through the process everytime?!
…love the glossary concept too… does anyone know of any already in existance???

],I’m glad you responded (I thought I was going it alone) I remembered another request…
* A permanent posting of emails of useful and/or relevant sites/ links for wrappers or property investors.
The reason being that alot of useful information is in alot of different topics in the forum, requiring alot of research and a good memory to remember in which post I saw the link . One ‘centralised’ posting perhaps titled ‘Useful Links’ will cut out alot of time and help newbies like me.
