Pls add to this “LIST OF R/E FORUMS”…

Hi Everyone,
I am aiming to compile a list of all discussion forums that anyone has found to be interesting, informative or enlightening!! Whether related solely to R/E investing or general investment stratagies.
In doing so we can all benefit from the input and experiences of all PropertyInvesting.com members. Perhaps we could all give a small description and a rating from *star to *****star – 5star being the best, one star the worst!!!
So I will start the list with the only forum that i am currently visiting outside of this one(i am very new to forum arena and hence my list is limited… at the moment!)

http://www.richdad.com – most of you are propably aware of this site offering forum topics ranging from richdad.com product discussions through real estate, MLM, shares, etc.
Rating ***Star – many topics and loads to learn, however somewhat American orientated.

I hope that you will all be able to expand on my rather small start to this list!!!
