Buyer Profile

Hi

I’m putting together detailed investment and business plans. I haven’t wrapped a property yet (but will do very soon), but one component of both plans will be a portfolio of wrapped investment properties. Like Steve, I’ll be targeting the lower priced end of the market ($50-70K). I am hoping that some of the more experienced wrappers might advise me on the profiles of their clients.

An example of the kind of info I’m after is:

business owner/self employed – 20%
salaried employee >50 yrs – 40%
workcover recipients – 25%
Retiree – 10%
Other – 5%

Is anyone willing/able to offer an employment&age profile of their buyers?
