Used Residex reports?

Just wondering if anyone has been ordering and used the Residex reports and found them worthwhile for the money?

i havent used residex, but have heard some agents say they don’t like it much. i use rp data and its tops

I have bought a number of residex reports and find them quite useful, too much information is never enough!
