    Can anyone tell me where I can find NSW Vacancy rates data? NSW Housing has great data on Median Rentals and Sales but I can’t seem to find vacancy rates by suburb.

    Anyone able to head me in the right direction?

    Don’t know of any free ones, but you should be able to get a report from http://www.residex.com.au. Not sure if they have a generic one for NSW but certainly for specific postcodes.
