    Hi

    We have just had an offer accepted for a property in Blackwater.

    Can anyone who knows the area please recommend a reliable person to carry out the Building and Pest Inspections ?

    Also, a good Property Manager.

    Your help is much appreciated

    Hi fingerscrossed,

    We have also recently purchased an investment property in blackwater.

    I used CQ building and pest inspection, they were great.  I even called the guy that did the inspection directly and had a talk with him.  Contact number is 1300 799 643.

    They were MUCH cheaper than another company i contacted.
