Be sure to add in your briefcase as well as relevant paperwork a can of AEROGARD.
After inspecting an IP today we had a community of fleas try and hitch a ride home with us.I think the vendor was happy to get rid of a few!

Hiya!
Ouch..I’m itching just thinking about it! [] I remember picking up two kittens from the side of the road with Moogie, and they were covered in fleas so bad, we couldn’t tell we were cats (except for the meow) until we washed them. Thank the stars, my sons have short hair and haven’t picked up lice yet… UUGHHHH!
By the way, did you buy the property?

Pyrethrine works well… I used a flea bomb… Make sure de wifey stays away… not good for childbearing women to breath in dust fumes.. (there’s a little midwifery tip..)

May it replicate in money, not fleas [][]

No problems with fleas yet, but dust… well listen to this one!
I had a tradsman round at my house all day yesterday adjusting some of the doors because they were starting to stick as the house settled a little. As I came home in the afternoon I was quick to realise he’s not only a fan of electric sanders, but he also likes working indoors []! The place looked like a cabinet makers workshop there was that much dust! I had only just cleaned the place top to bottom the night before too
To make things worse I could of fixed the job myself by adjusting the hinges a little, but thought best to leave it to the building company. As this guy was being paid by the hour he sanded them back, re-adjusted, sanded them back again, painted them etc etc. All in all, 7 hours work to fix 4 sticking doors!

Hi Leigh,
Had that happen to me, in my own house with fresh paint on the walls!!! I was in hospital having Phillip at the time and there was no one to supervise the tradies. Apparantly a neighbour came in and they were having a wonderful time on the phone and chatting with each other…
I guess it’s similar to the saying ‘When the cat’s away the mice will play’
I made them clean up the mess before I’d pay them. Fair is fair.
