Has anyone got a investment property in Altanta Georgia??? I got a townhouse property offer 2br 2 bath for 45k. Currently leased at $900p/m. Close to major hospital. Any information or advice would be appricated……
what i meant is i got a offer from myUSAproperty for a townhouse in Atlanta Georgia for 45k with a tenent currently in there leasing for $900 per month. Is it a good deal???
