Like i said in another post, our planning permit is about to be released. So i am looking at subdividing as the next step.
But my question is on the building permit. Who applies for the building permit? is the builder, or do we have to arrange that ourselves?
Our builder took care of this, in conjunction with our building surveyor.
Ask your local Council for more information or contact the Building Commission in your State.
Thanks Kate. Yes, i was informed that the builder would be doing that part.
