I guess DHA as secure rental for the longer term, will maintain and repaint and re-carpet at conclusion of lease. If on open rental market would have to pay LL insurance and hope renatal was for 52 weeks of the year. How ever does the concept of renting out PPOR to reduce non tax deductibe debt make sence?
