I just brought a property there ( South ) and can see huge potential for future growth. Firstly they are slowly moving out the not so nice people and are putting a lot of work into infrastructure etc. Not to mention the hundreds of new army personel . They all need somewhere to live. So in the next 5 years the socio economic will change completly especially as the cbd gets more and more expensive nice families need somewhere to go. Anyway if you do need an insurance claim at least you got a cheap renovation. Als if people like margeret lomas are buying there you know you are on a good thing.[biggrin]

Firstly I dont know if you noticed but 888abundance has been doing some great leg work over east and we have gathered a great list of prople and ideas so if you are interested in finding out info on this email me and I will give you his details aswell.
I think the meeting needs to be somewhere quite where we can talk and discuss how we want to approach this whole thing. Let me know locations and we can find somewhere local for everyone. You are more than welcome to give my email address.Firstly thankyou for your advice, I really think in the situation they are in that they need the property to pay for itself as they are both in the position of not having cashflow. My Aunty has equity sitting there doing nothing and in the mean time is frightened she will not have enough to retire one day as she is single and just gets the bills paid.So the answer is zero monthly contrabution I think they will have enough for a morgage of about $270,000. and they need a pretty risk free property cos they cant all of the sudden top money up into it even for maintenance.I was thinking a city flat in Brisbane newish. wether thats enough money to start up.
