Even though the residential property market is slowing down in the UK a lot of investors are turning to land banking and capitalising on the housing shortage in the UK. Still a great country and economy to invest in!

It is very possible to purchase land in the UK. I work for a company that markets UK land worldwide and have been doing so for the past 2 Years.

I do not agree with Madeye, I chose to stay in SA and not to run away. Things are not as bad as sometimes reported. Although inflation and interrest rates are on the up, so is the economy. Yes the election in Zim has had a negative effect on the rand, that means property is even cheaper for offshore investors. Property prices are dropping because of higher interrestrates, once again the perfect time for a cash flow positive investor to purchase. I'd maybe hang on until the next interrest rate hike to negotiate even better house prices!
Once the Zim election trouble has been sorted out the rand will return to normal and you will already be in the money!!

I had a look at some other posts under this topic where people where punting their product. I am sorry if I miss understood and will do my best to contribute my knowledge on the forum rather than "spruiking" I do applologise.
