what would happen if you moved in immediately with the FHOG and Stamp duty exemption, and happened to sell the property 5 months into ownership. are you required to give back the FHOG + stamp duty exemption you used?

so if someone in NSW purchases an investment property, and then plans to purchase a PPOR at a later date, would they still get an exemption from Stamp Duty + FHOG?
