I’ll let you know. I’m currently researching the area. Very nice place, only problem is the majority of income is tourist driven. I’ve got finace, accountant and legals however am still a little sceptical. Amazing returns in excess of 15% are quite common.

Accountants free up your time to source further investments. They also save you a great deal of money. In some instances one must spend money to make money, if you catch my drift.

I have invested in West coast Tasmania. As you suggest, properties in this region do indeed provide good cashflow, however I’m uncertain of the region’s capital growth prospects. Have you ever been to the west coast of Tasy? Beautiful place.
