Just returned from the South Coast. Looked at properties from Bateman’s Bay to Broulee. Some great spots.

Don’t let anyone kid you into thinking property investing is easy. Real Estate agents offer a wealth of knowledge, even the really average ones. They are in that particular market every day and should know it inside out. I personally look at over 100 properties before buying one, you should do the same.

The Darwin rental market is rather sensitive. At the end of the day you own the property and pay the property manager’s wages, don’t let them dictate terms to you. I’d dispatch whoever it is that’s managing your properties and get someone good on. I’ve researched and reckon I’ve isolated the best manager in Darwin. Will pass details on if you want.

I think areas on the north west coast still have a great deal of growth. I’m eagerly awaiting further price rises.

I just managed to get a copy of my valuation from the bank. It took a great deal of schmack talking, but they finally agreed. A little victory to the investor for a change.
