Have to agree with foundation on this one, don’t think plazma tv will do any wonders for you.
People that i know recently had lots of trouble selling their house (overprized one), they tried everything, with couple different REA, finaly they sold it at the auction, believe or not for previous asking price. Maybe you just need to be a bit more patient, right buyer will come your way. Good luck.Yasmina

Hi guys,
I pretty much novice here but i am considering lease option in the future. Richard and Terry have you done lease options in the past and if yes what are your experiences? Can you give me bit of a pro&cons. I am bit like Mukta confused between these two, wraps and lease options.

There were couple different posts here about Gold Coasters getting together but so far nothing happened. I am not aware of any investor clubs here on the Coast but i know there is in Brissie.

Buying my first IP recently i didn’t want it to be far away from it i bought it here near where i live. I am doing some research where to go next , looking for my second purchase. I agree with g7, GC Brissie corridor would be maybe the best option or even Brissie – Ipswich. Please feel free to add comments.

Just something very quick, you will not find anything worthwhile looking on the internet. Good deals don’t even get there, they are snapped long time before they reach that point. Make a contact with couple local REA agents let them know what you want and take it from there. All the best.

High rise units here on the GC are not very popular these days. I would listen to advice of others here and do a very thorough research on this topic. I was interested in one of those units last year but more digging i was doing i found them to be not so good investment.

wonderful reply. I had meeting with my PM and he seemed very much in control in all aspects of management. Talked with other Landlords and tenants and he is on the good terms with both sides. Just have to wait and see i guess. I made it clear that i would keep close eye on everything and bonus is I live nearby my IP anyway.

Yes i have bought just recently and settlement was suppose to be on last monday but it’s happening on 12 of Sep. next monday. Just waiting for all of this to finish first. Bought here on the Gold Coast. I’ll stay in touch.
