I totally agree with Dazzling. Make as much effort as you can to pay off the defaults otherwise you may as well forget about being a property investor for a long time. Lending institutions will make it very difficult for you.

And why haven’t they seen that people will query their credibility because of

a) bad spelling? (e.g.talk not take)

ANZ are giving good service atm. But don’t be too hasty. It seems every bank goes through stages – they are all s#*@y for approx 2 months per year as they go through s#*@ cycles.
