I agree with the cute mouse, but STRONGLY DISAGREE with the calculations.
True net worth is calculating the combined equity in all your assets that EARN MONEY (what they are worth minus what you owe), then MINUSING from this your family home, cars etc (these are liabilities!!!).
This can be expressed as a ratio for your age to calculate how well you have done at investing!!!

you are doing very well for a 16 year old. How much you need depends on the price of the property you want to buy usually around 20% deposit. Have you talked to any mortgage brokers? It may be worth scheduling a meeting with one and having a chat about what you need and what you are able to borrow. I’t wouldn’t cost you anything to talk with them.

phone 0412 437 582keep everything documented in a journal and keep pamphlets of property that you looked at. Show all of this to your accountant at the end and they will be able to determine what is deductable.
We recently claimed an entire 2 week trip to NZ, but we visited agents and looked at property everyday and came back with a few written contracts to buy. I’m not sure if ours was claimable because we ended up buying a property. Nor sure if you can claim a trip if nothing was bought???

phone 0412 437 582that’s what I think too. I usually don’t go beyond informing the tenant that they are in arrears and asking them to make good. If they don’t, they have the choice to leave and I then focus my energies on the next tenants.
I find conflicts and tribunals very counter productive and sometimes just prefer to cop a loss and move on, but that’s just me!!!
