I attended another 9 hour seminar yesterday, it was the first time I was introduced to NLP. Although alot of it did not have any scietific merit (and Im a scientist) its been around for years and I dont think its fair to dismiss the whole practice!
Alot of the chinese and alternative medicines have no scientific merit, but its been around and working for the chinese even before western medicine was introduced!!!!
some parts of NLP were just too way off the planet for my liking, but there were parts of it that I think I could use to improve my own business!!!!
nothing should be taken as gospel, but always determine what parts of it you can take away and use, dismiss the rest!

phone 0412 437 582i also am a great believer in looking after my tennants, ours get bottles of wine and chockolates at christmas. we also are very attentive to accomodate their needs. ie plumbers, electricaians, locksmiths are there within hours after tenants call with a problem. even if we have to take losses for our properties due to multiple problems, we win in the long run as our tenants are always longer term!!!!!

phone 0412 437 582we had been sponsoring a boy from africa for 4 years, through world vision. i have been thinking of adding another one this year for my daughters 2nd birthday.
we have this problem with relatives being adicted to buying our kids lots of plastic crap for their birthdays and christmas, every year we request “no presents” on birhday invites and every year we get more plastic crap. I dont mean to sound ungrateful, I just hate the clutter, our kids have more than enough of what they need and anything extra is just clutter (yes we do give most of it away to charaties!!)
This year, we came up with the idea of sponsoring another child and getting relatives to direct their money there instead!!! Hopefully this will not only help a child, but it will be a solution to a problem!
