Hi Marc, just a few additonal thoughts i meant to say yesterday. As Pisces said, why incur stamp duty twice? Maybe financing the property to your daughter would be better on the basis of a contract. What do you think is the minimum %age return you should be looking to make on a +ve CF property? You said not 4 or 5%, so I am wondering how much above that it should be to be worthwhile. Also, is the %age the same whether it is a buy-and-hold or a wrap deal?
