Its just amazing to me I was making hard money loans on these same assets in 07 at 90K to 120k per home and now buying them back at 30 to 40k PLUS RehabJayHelllllo.. I live in the world of Oz we are paying $400K per property entry level, properties in Atlanta ….. $30-30K yep….I am loading up.
