Just keep trying to build a rapport with the agent and explain that you are trying to create a win-win and don’t want to put in a lower bid to waste their ‘precious time’
As far as I am aware all title data is ‘pulic’ data and avaliable free at the local title offices….it does take a little more leg work, but does save some $$$
Not sure, but I think there is a type of “loophole” that allows you to place a currently owned asset into a trust if the owners are the sole beneficiaries?? Or roll it into a owned company then turn that company into a trust at a future date?

Another idea of how to get RENO experience is to offer your time to a local curch or community group such as lions or apex.
They do alot of great things for their respective communities and they might be doing some handywork which you can help out at and get some experience from….

Basically, you need to class that house as your PPOR to get a FHOG, so if you can get creative and find a way to place the house as your PPOR on your tax return and also get someone to pay rent, who are willing to not make it their PPOR and/or class it as a sub-let (??) you may be able to get that through….
Risky though…..you also need to consult your ethics and morals on this one…

longie – the book is out of print, well was last year. I picked up a copy a while back at a second hand book shop…thats the most likely place it find one.. I was talking with the man himself, Michael Hewitt Gleeson , a while back and he said the core of the items in NEW SELL are in his latest book ‘x10thinkers’, so this would be the best place to start.
