To the original question. Yes there will be some apartments. They are now releasing townhouses on the right slope between skyline drv and hillside avenue, most of these townhouses have city view and are quite expensive (700k+), the few smaller ones at the bottom without views are 450k+. From what I heard from the lady at the sales office, next stage after this will be higher density residential on the other (left) slope, apartments.. no dates yet. Get on their mailing list http://www.edgewater.com.au/ if you want to be notified of future releases. They are also rebuilding the area around their old sale office and building more shops there. There aren't any lands left after that AFAIK so that should be the final stage.
