    Thanks for your reply g7

What is this QLD property scam look? Are you telling me they are all in bed together.

If this is the case how do you buy in QLD with confidence thet you are not getting stiched up?

And yes I will be complaing the the QLD Law Inst. But if this is a common thing it may well fall on deaf ears.

    Thanks again

    Hi Steve

I like many others found the game very frustrating. We did start with a plan and then all dispersed in pairs to arrange the deals. Whilst others were arranging to find the people, tenants, wrap clients etc. I was standing in the que to purchase the property.

The team did come good with the tenant etc. Unfortunately, I did not purchase the properties until after the bell. I was also in the que for 45 min, watching que the jumpers as Nessie’s experience.

I was finally ready to sit in the buyers chair and someone got the bright idea to call the fire drill (not a wise thing to do). As a very conscious work, safe practice person the only thing to do was to grab the gear and move out.

Maybe this is my lesson learnt. Do not tolerate que jumpers and stand up for myself. I have only come to this realisation whilst writing this.

I did however think that the hour could have been more productive, for me anyway.

Thanks for the opportunity to think back on the situation.

I am with you all the way when it comes to our children and money management. There is not enough life living skills taught these days. It is all so accademic.

It would be great to set up something that can go out and teach some real life skills as an enhancement to schools and their programmes.

I see far too many children thinking that money grows on trees and expect all the latest wiz bang things in life. And worse still some get it at the slightest of a wimper. This in not to say that I would not give my all to my children . Just that they need to work, appreciate and respect what they do get.

Keep up the great work guys.

    Hello All

What Can I say. Inspiration plus. Steve, Dave and all presenters. What a fab job guys. I have been to a few seminars and this is the most valuable to date.

Have been seriously working on my greatest fear, Heights, and seeing my children near a steap cliff. I have planned how I am going to attempt to get about this and it will happen this long weekend I hope. Steve what incouraging words did you use to conqure this fear? NO I AM DETERMINED.

Have been working hard on a rental renewal that I have happening on an IP and problems kept creeping in. Now after the seminar I have the attitude of, heck what does it matter if I get $2 per ft. less if it is a win – win situation. I’m happy, they are happy.

I have been listening to the tapes of Tales of the Trenches. I can honestly recommend these tapes to anyone. They will keep giving you the inspiration to keep going. They are great to listen to while you are driving form property to property to inspect.

Nessie how did you go with your deal on Friday? Interested to know for the insparation to continue.

Thanks again Steve and Co. And you will be pleased to know that the Dear Diary is a happening thing.

    Wilma
