Yes, but we are pleased about that.
You see this is W.A and W.A has suffered due to its huge Isolation factor Perth is the most Isolated capital City on the Planet. (We need population and Growth)
This is Boom time again bigger than the Nickel, Ion Ore boom where only the big guys got rich.
We have huge growth happening in W.A and Mandurah is the just a hot spot today there are more coming on the boil.
You can see another Gold Coast coming on!!!
We saw another Gold Coast coming Two years ago.

But GRASSHOPPER it’s where the action is.
We are Developers there, we have no clients there. Its a GOLD MINE.
We are also in other areas in W.A you will see them I the News to.

Build your self some spec homes 3xz or 4×2 two in the next year in Mandurah and floge em off.

Be honest and up front with your tenant.We have a prospective looking at our Unit in the morning.This prospective asked me more about the tenant than the unit when she rang me.
I’v told the tenant this prospective buyer seemed very keen for her to say on.
It’s a nervous time for tenant’s [worried]

The thing I love most about Property Investing is going out and seeing the future potential in an area.
Its all about seeing future potential before the news papers , thats not “hard” to do.

I got on there Mailing list sum how back in 2000, some mate must have dobbed me in.
I went to some seminars, I’m glad they no longer have my address.
I’ve move around a little since 2000.

You know it’s little snipp’s of info like this that make you stop and think G’s thats a smart way to go.
About the Bank thing “valuation” yep,It was just 1 persons way of seeing things.
