Hi Steve some very interesting comments you have made here,
1. You look 4 houses with problems??
2. In adding more in perceived value in a country town are the locals willing to pay the extra in rent of this perceived value, because in my experience country folk are tight with their money.
3. Land tax is not so bad to pay if the investment yield of the property is 10% plus.
Just go and find some really desperate and broke Australians (not hard to do)then screw them for an interest rate above what you are paying the bank and hope that the interest rates don’t go up.
I just can’t bring myself to do it – you guys must have nerves of steel, in my mind these people should be avoided at all costs, very desperate !!!!!!
The fees appear to be very high for the size of the property, you should have this checked, is there an existing tennant and what is its suggested usage… Phil
redwing – show me a poor person with a good attitude.
Deffination of success (mine) freedom.Yes i agree the people on this forum are varied u are correct.

Your first paragraph, is you interpritation !!! only, unresolved issues !!!Parra 2 whats your point ???
Parra 3 poor example not relevant
Parra 4 Oprah could not do those thing without money so your comment is not relevant.
Parra 5 read the message behind the question, don’t take life out of text, unresolved issues.
Parra 6 i did not mention greed, once again your interpretation, more unresolved issues 4 u.
Parra 7 yes i agree so what?, do you also take offence to , wealth, rich, mercedes (not 4wd’s)success,
i appreciate it was my initial question that should have been more clear, however my responce to Jo i know you did not read correctly, i came from poverty and i know poverty does not change until it changes its ATTITUDE, i also know you anger to my my question has shown unresolved issues in your life and you understand what i mean by that don’t you. Opinions are like belly buttons – we all have one … regards Phil
Hi Jo i thought this statement would cause some interest, my brash comment comes from fighting the negativity of people always knocking success. I know many wealthy good people, who are very positive and helpful, and the only time i hear stupid comments is when they come from uninformed individuals who have not taken the step towards helping them selves getting out of the hole they are in; therefor i can only assume;
Success developes a good attitude???
Take an invoice to the local court house and have a judgement set on her cost is about 30-50 bucks, it cheap and easy … [biggrin]

Congratulations on comming out the other side and surviving, a clearly defined goal will get you to where you want to be sooner than you plan for it, there is magic in writing down ones goal and i know you will be successful.
As said previously, its a shame that some people have to go through what you have done to get a wake up call but i am glad you did, i mean that in the nicest way.
I have developed a goal book which i hope to have published soon, if you contact me i will down load a free copy for you and you can test it for me. The book is the only one of its type and is the working result of many seminars i have done, it is designed to develop balance and clarity, just fill in the missing words etc …
keep up the good work … Phil
I’m confused – what type of investment is it that you are going to TRANSPORT a single bedroom cabin on it as well ?? i can’t wait for the reply …
Call Alan Teale from Raine and Horne in Alexandria he has some fantastic storage units ready now, tell him Philip sent you his number is 0404007800
Obviously the game is to make money over time while protecting our position in the market. I believe most people lack a target they hope to get to, which is your choice.
The Aus statistics tell us that if we achieve 1.5 million dollars of income producing cryitical mass not including the value of our family home we will make it into the top 5% wealthiest people in australia which is quite frightening in itself.
So as Gramyre said – how mush do you want to make $xxxxxxxxxxxx ??? and what is your time frame ??[gossip][gossip]
The is more evil created from the lack of money ?? or is there ?? your comments
Hi jspri
It’s a shame your goal lacks clarity so i hope you get some – have you read The Richest Man in Babylon??
or;
You Don’t have to be Born Brilliant by John McGrath ??
I read sooooo many replys on the site from young people who have no idea or take seriously the importance of clearifying certainity.
another good book is “Awaken The Giant Within”[cap]
