I've read your reply several times and there is a lot going through my mind as to why you are continuing in the public arena and putting your friends, family and business colleges under pressure by have this rear its ugly head time and time again.
I cannot imagine how your wife feels every time she is reminded of this, why do you treat women in such a manor don't you have any feelings for her? … knowing that this is going to continue to come up again and again and every time your wife and family feel the pain not just you Michael every person around you is being associated of this.
I also cannot contemplate how 60+ women and their partners feel as well seeing your face as a self proclaimed property guru.
To hold the office of a DR is now mean task and many have done some very stupid acts since you.

This post was started by BB who has been accused as being the same person namely MY (not by ME by another member, please go back and read the COMPLETE post) and if that is true then words cannot explain my disappointment other than an opportunist … is this true I have no idea and I did not or have not accused MY … in fact I stated here in answer to BB that I in fact did previously admire his efforts into the investment arena.
This is a public forum and not a court room, someone from the public and who is also a member of this forum posted a concern and also has give the person an opportunity to defend themselves.
If it were me I would immediately be providing proof to defend myself, I have always considered MY and what he has done and become however lets see what happens and where this will go …
Yes I believe the article said sexually assaulted 60 women ??? very very serious indeed if I had the same name as Adolf Hitler or Jack the Ripper I would change it.

Yes I agree they are very similar however quite often there are sparks that warrant thought and consideration.
I am intrigued with the segregation of the gold and the paper currency and whether or not that was the catalyst for the current credit crisis.
What I fail to understand is that if the market improved overnight would property double in price and where is the money coming from to pay for it.

Well Manoj if they are both the same people he/hes have just shot themselves in the foot on Australias most successful investment forum … as I said previously when you are a sick person that "subconscious program" wont change it is always there.
I wonder if Chan & Naylor have been made aware of this as I understand they are pushing hard their survive and thrive seminars around Australia.
If Ed finds out the reputation of their company will go down like a tonne of bricks (guilty by association) … When people do stupid things one day it will come back to haunt them … and this could turn out to be a nightmare if it is true.

Market will improve up until July then deteriorate badly after August … best time to buy property will be 2010 – 2012
We are buying and building new homes now on the North Shore in Pymble, Warrawee, ans Turramurra all flat lots over 900 m/2 walk to bus and rail.
This is when the smart people make money so yes keep investing in quality and not quanity we will possibly go to Steves weekend it's very cheap and one idea can make money.
DYou can also do Marks "Conclave" 3 day course at the Versace hotel on the GC it's only $74,000.00 per head and includes a black tie dinner.
I also believe that Henry Kaye is running private courses in Melbourne invitation only $20,000.00 each for two days …
There's great money in these courses at those prices … I think more people should be doing them … Maybe Steve should put the price of his 3 day up to meet the industry standards set by Mark, Henry, etc the more expensive the course the better it is right?
