    Your definitely correct there but I just would feel more comfortable dealing with some one who has walked the road already so to speak. 

    Thats why I was just asking if any one knows of such an accountant

    Thanks guys, thats what i interpreted from the site  but i just wants an experienced opinion. I think I'll buy in our personal names until we reach the threshold and then buy in a trust from then on in..

    Definately would look at 4 or less as a first time block of units investment in that case.
