SO turns out they installed the wrong unit and had to upgrade from 7kw to 10kw. no labor to upgrade because it was their stuff up. Even the daikin website states a 10kw minimum for the sqm of the house.

not happy.
Got a bit of an issue, recently had an air con installed in a rental property and tried it out.

Once they find a deal how do they secure it and onsell it so to speak?
How do they calculate how much they sell the deal for (their fee)?
