Thanks for the detailed reply, it turns out she is working near Woodridge station in the community centre there. So we could live anywhere in a 10km radius from there so she can ride. We would like to keep it $250 if possible. No kids but would need at least one lock up garage. We can go to $300 but prefer not to. By the way, we are the least fussy people on earth, as long as it’s an ok area, we’ll live in an igloo if we have to.
