    investron,
    my goal would be to be surrounded by semi naked females with ip’s too,trouble is my wife won’t be happy with me when she finds out i must be a lesb*#%.

    10 +ve investment properties,we’ve got four kids so if we ever reach our goal we’ll reassess.

    one other thing,if i put debt from ppor to ip’s would that hold me back as regards equity needed in ip’s to refinance to buy more ip’s?

    thanks for the reply,how do we get the debt transferred from our ppor to our ips?also will post and ask later for advice on a good accountant.

    i mow lawns for a quid but will consider stopping if we can buy 10 ip’s

    thanks for the reply don’t know what a wrap is, also our ppor is all linked to the same mortgage and we only have $10,000 left in our line of credit,would it be the way to go to try and refinance and up our line of credit?

    I gather you’re IP’s aren’t wrapped?
    Are they with the same lender as your PPOR?

    A good way to go is a line of credit from your equity to use for deposit’s on Lo doc loan’s. However, make sure your PPOR has it’s own lender, keep it seperate from the IP lenders. This protects your PPOR if anything happens to your IP’s.
