It’s all about sugar, Do you what epidemic is gripping the world right now, Diabeties !!!
Unfortunately we eat way to many refined carbohydrates, yup, RICE PASTA BREAD TIM TAMS…all of it gets turned into sugar as soon as it hits our bodies and if we don’t burn it off it gets stored as fat. LOW FAT diets don’t work because even if you have a bowl of pasta with no fatty sauce, your still eating a bowl os sugar basically. Sugary drinks keep us addicted to that sugar hit you feel 2 minutes after having a drink and then, when your body comes of the sugar spike you feel drained and go and drink another one to pep you up again.
As for Diet drinks….sorry to tell you that even though there is no ‘sugar’ in them your brain interprets the ‘sweetness’ as sugar and tells your pancreas to realease insulin in readiness for the sugar to hit your system. When the ‘sugar’ dosn’t arrive, your body is flodded with insulin that has nothing to do. This causes insulin resistance in your body which is bascially setting you up for diabeties.

Chan, just for fun i wrote a covered BHP call and also bought a six month put. Lo and behold BHP took a dive and i was excersised, i then waited untill the put went up and up and then sold it. Just broke even when all was said ‘n’ done. [cigar]
just a thought….Steve I understand there has to be some sort of policing of ads on this forum. However we are all ADULTS (except for those of us who aren’t) and can make up our own minds. I have puchased your products and as i put the information into practice i discover if it is worthwhile purchasing or not. Couldn’t this also be extended to others who also have credible services to sell?
I cannot believe the, what can only be described as ‘love’ that most of the forum contributors show to all, and the friendship that is extended to strangers. I called up one of the forum guys and asked for his help, he met with my husband and i and has gone out of his way to help us in our chosen investment strategy. He has become a friend. Sometimes turning off the tap is as bad as throwing out the baby with the bath water…everyone gets cold.[oneeyed]Fate has thrown Westan and me together as IP neighbours….He owes me a cup of sugar

I plumped up after having bubby no. 6 then discovered the ‘low carb’ alternative, which sounds similar to what you have been looking into.
I also run 6-7 k every second day and do some weight training ( ha, get it) Lost 20 kg in 8 months which isn’t fantastic but by gingoes I feel GREAT ?Gatsby…You sound cute, why don’t you look at the health side of being a tad portly. If you focus on your fitness, your weight becomes a secondary issue. Start off by going for 30 minute walks 5 times a week (join a gym if you have to and make sure you get a good sweat up) then start running for a minute/walking for 3 minutes and so on.Soon you’ll find yourself running 15km a session and think, ‘my goodness how did that happen’ and believe me when you look down in the shower you’ll see more than your toes….[blush2]

I’m pretty sure you most probably should have a company as trustee so that if the company gets sued the trust appointee (you) sacks the company. This means further to setting up a trust you have to cough up to set up a company. All up around $1800. There’s also a heap of posts on this subject just do a search on ‘trusts’
