I have found a two bedroom home that is on a big block for an excellent price, and a good location, that has an open plan dining room and lounge room that is huge! My plan is to put up a wall, and make another bedroom, whilst still having a big enough area for a dining room and longe!Thus meaning I get more rent as there is now three bedroom, which turns this property into a cash flow positive!
