Just pay the $1800 LMI, the capital growth and/or positive cash flow will easily out weight this small outlay if you hold the property for a few years. Seems funny how your bank will only give you 80%? The form is on the A.T.O (Australian Tax Office) website. But I would get a depreciation report first and give this to your accountant to so they can fill out this form for you to maximize your return!
