My husband and I are both retired.

Any property we now develop is for fun we definatley dont need the $$

I was 24 and he was 28.

5% seems high and I doubt she actually has the buyers ready to go. If you want to sell very quickly agree to the 5% but only give her a contract for 3 days. If she really has buyers then it wont be a problem. If she doesnt then you can take the contract to someone cheaper.

Just be mindful of the fact that you get what you pay for.

Give more back to the community. I would love to have the time to contribute more to charities etc

Units are more in demand as shift workers dont want a yard to look after. Helps to be dog friendly as many tenants have a dog and you would prefer they told you than they lied.
