    Hi,
Im a coin dealer in Sydney. What i can tell is this, the palladium bars is a difficult metal to sell in Australia, gold is very popular and excepted all over the world. Someome mentioned the Perth Mint is a good place to buy your bullion,I agree, What i suggest you buy is gold Kangaroo nuggets, they come in a coin form anywhere from 1kg down to 1/20oz. They rally on its gold price and made from fine gold (so its like buying a chunk of gold). Good size to buy is 1oz and build up when you can.

The date is 31 october and its $550. I think it is a very good price compared to other investment seminars which they charge you a few thousand dollars.

    Simon,

Thank you for your information, very informative.
Financing a loan, would you be able to give me some information as who to see. Is it better to go to a bank or a private lender like Edenlea Mortgages?

    Simon,
Thank you for the information. Like i said that we own the proprty (as a family) now that i live in, the mortgage has been paid in full, so we dont owe any money on it. That is good news that i can draw equity from it. The mortgage has been under my dads name and what we are trying to do is to put 3 incomes together and buy an investment property drawing equity from our paid off property. Would that be a good idea?
what does LMI stand for? and how can you deduct tax from the loan?

    Thanks
