Hi, yeah I am a realestate agent that is trying to find a suitable site for an investor I know. The thought is that if I find the site, that he will sell back through me etc etc. I have enough knowledge to find most of the suitable sites, however I was thinking that if I could get in touch with someone to get some more specifics, it would greatly help the searching that I am doing.
