Hi, I am new here too, and I also need a new accountant, someone who understands property, and can help minimise CGT for example.

We are selling our first house which we have not lived in for 15 years.

We only lived in it 3 years so expect we will pay a lot of capital gains, but since we are now in the new financial year, and also looking for a new accountant, I was thinking we might be able to find someone who can help our CGT situation which is happening this year.
