The Gold Coast market has lost a great deal of its steam over the past quarter. It’s a very volatile market, especially its unit market which has about 45 months supply at the moment.

How is this not advertising???? I do question the censorship on this forum. This market is very high risk as the majority of properties would be purchased off the plan. We actually market land in this area, however the in experienced investor should be very careful.
I’ve heard alot of positive feed back about the region, however not really my cup of tea.

I’m trying to buy one myself. Want to know if you think now is a good time to get in. Have been watching the area for a while and haven’t really seen much of a fall in price, but if people think they will drop I may hold off.
How far do you think they will fall, 5%, 10% or more?
