    Just curious,

Regarding paying of additional stamp duty to transfer IPs into a trust, if the IP is in the US, where there is no stamp duty payable on purchase, how does this work? [eh]
Is it just a straight forward transfer into the trust?

    cheers

    Great post Simon!!

Thats the sort of stuff that should be taught in schools these days i say!!
Could expand it out a lil more and have a few examples people could work through with there own figures involved (like a debt clearing calculator) and then present it to the education dept for study

…as great a idea i think it would be i just cant see them taking it on board some how! [mellow]

weed n feed from bunnings should do the trick, just follow the instructions on the bottle (think it was about $5).
i had a similar problem with moss and cloves at my house recently, took about 3 days and all the clove and moss was dead, now the grass has grown over and looks good once again.

    Send Westan a PM,

I have just bought a property over in the US through him and Alvin and they were a huge help.
They already have the teams in place to make the process easier for you.
I dont think the purchase could have gone any smoother if i bought in the suburb i live in!!

    cheers!

    Gday,

I live in perths southern suburbs, i agree that buying south of the river towards the kwinana/rockingham/port kennedy areas are the way to go. They currently have a railway line being built too, giving access through them to mandurah. Also have heard port kennedy is scheduled to have a marina built similar to the one currently at hillarys (northern suburbs).
    Hope this helps
